Two of your videos reached over 50,000 people. Most of the rest reach about 320.

We spent time on your Instagram page, measured how your Reels perform, and read what people ask in your comments. This file shows what's working, where your page is losing you bookings, and what we would do about it.

What's already working

A space people love, and a team that shows up.

Real fans

"I have used this place severally and I absolutely love it and their customer service is on point." That's the kind of review most spaces never get in public.

You reply

Location, podcast studio, collaboration requests: your team answers comments and moves people into DMs. Many brands don't.

Community, not just desks

A two-day public speaking masterclass, community meets, and a Halloween movie night with Cheat Meals on 3 October.

Offers people can afford

A bar desk from ₦3,000 a day, a content studio from ₦20K, and a Founders & CEO package. The value is there.

Where bookings are slipping away

Three leaks we found on your page

Leak 1

You found your formula twice, then moved on.

A relatable office skit reached 63,900 people and pulled 109 comments, mostly people tagging friends. A simple tour of the hub reached 53,300. Since then, most Reels have been promotions with a caption asking people to book, and they typically reach about 320 people. Your last 25 Reels combined reached fewer people than that one skit.

The fixMake the formats that already worked into regular series: a weekly skit about working life in Port Harcourt, and short tours that show a real person using the space. Let the entertainment bring people in, and let the caption do the selling.

Your prices exist, but people still have to ask.

Under your most-watched tour, people wrote "I wish the price range will be mentioned" and "How much does this service cost please?" Both were sent to highlights or DMs, and one person had to ask twice before getting an answer. Your prices sit in carousels with no comments, and your bio only shows a WhatsApp QR link. Your bio also says you close at 5pm, while your September post says 6pm.

The fixPut the price on the screen and in the first line of the caption: "A desk for ₦3,000 a day." Add a starting price and one booking link to your bio, and pin a simple price list. Every extra step between interest and a price costs you bookings.
Leak 3

Your best new content lives on other pages.

Your strongest Reel this month is the founder's "building in public" episode, posted from @iam_oyem, with 762 views: more than double your usual. Meanwhile your backup page, @oyemhub_, has 134 followers and holds your price list highlight. Your audience and your best proof are split across three accounts.

The fixMake @oyem_hub the one home for everything. Bring the founder's story onto the main page as a regular series, since people buy into the person behind a community. Keep the price list and booking link on the page people actually find.

What this is really about

Three new Founders & CEO members is ₦450,000 every month.

You don't need a viral video every week. You need the right founders, freelancers and teams in Port Harcourt to see the space, see the price, and send one message.

The glow-up

What your grid could say at a glance

Someone looking for a workspace decides in seconds whether to book. Here's the same page built to make that easy.

Active and well-meant, but mostly promotion. The price and the people are hard to find.

On the house

Three videos you could film this week

You already have the space, the studio and the people. Each of these builds on what has already worked for you.

Skit series

"Types of people you meet at a co-working space in Port Harcourt."

  1. Three quick characters: the one on calls all day, the one who only comes for the AC, the one who actually works.
  2. Shot in the hub, with members if they're up for it.
  3. Caption: "Which one are you? Desks from ₦3,000."

Your office skit reached 63,900 people. Make it a weekly series.

Price-first tour

"Here's what ₦3,000 gets you at The Oyem Hub for a whole day."

  1. A point-of-view walk from the gate to the bar desk.
  2. Show the Wi-Fi, the power, the café and the quiet corner.
  3. End on: "Send 'DESK' to book tomorrow."

It answers the question your comments keep asking before anyone has to ask it.

Studio proof

"We shot this in 30 minutes, in a studio you can book from ₦20K."

  1. A creator's finished shot or clip first.
  2. Then behind the scenes: setup, backdrops, lighting.
  3. End on: "Studio sessions from ₦20K."

Your studio is your strongest offer, and results sell it better than flyers.

Our recommendation

Our Content Creation Package: a content bank for The Oyem Hub

You don't need to post more. You already post almost every day. You need content built on the formats that reached 50,000+ people, with the price right there when they're interested. We plan, script and film a batch of content in one session at the hub, so your team keeps posting with far stronger videos.

  • Content direction built around skits, tours, members and your founder
  • Scripting for every video, written around the questions your audience actually asks
  • 15 short-form videos and 5 designs from one filming session
  • 20 content pieces ready to post, so your calendar is full for weeks
  • Room to grow into full management when you want the page off your plate entirely

Next step

Let's talk for 15 minutes about filling your desks this Q4.

We'll walk you through this file, answer your questions and show you exactly what your first content bank would look like. No pressure, no hard sell.
